Our Council was chartered in 1924 and is dedicated to Commodore John Barry, often referred to as the Father of the United States Navy. 

We proudly support three area churches.  St. John the Evanagelist in Dunellen; Our Lady of Fatima in Piscataway; and St. Nicholas in Dunellen.  We have active roundtable discussions with our local parishes that have resulted in numerous projects undertaken by our council.
